Based on the need to keep this information brief some accuracy may be lost and also certain elaborations are not provided about nature of business of customer, nature of services by Comsoft, the specific business units/specific entities involved etc. Any information provided here is just introductory information about Comsoft customers/ verticals/ projects/ products /services etc. This information should NOT be used for any decision-making or commercial purposes. You may like to contact Comsoft if you need further information. Any such request should include purpose and type of information needed. Comsoft may, at it’s discretion and on certain terms and conditions, provide reasonable information without jeopardizing interests of our customer (including but not limited to observing the confidentiality etc).

PRODUCTS AND PERFORMANCE INFORMATION

Performance tests and ratings specified, if any, are approximate i.e. not accurate, possibly derived or extrapolated based on certain assumptions and specific test environment which may not apply to you. Comsoft may not be able to assist you any further in replicating or analyzing these results nor does Comsoft makes any warranties towards these. Comsoft encourages you taking independent assessment of the performance indicators before you decide to purchase any product. Comsoft products are considered sold on, as is basis without performance warranties.Comsoft may provide information on available partner or third-party products on or with which Comsoft Products work or are compatible with including certain features, restrictions, advantages and occasionally performance results in certain conditions when Comsoft products are used on or with these partner or third-party products etc. Any request related to Performance Information (including but not limited to benchmarks, volume testing results, compatibility advantages and or restrictions, comparative analysis etc.) of our product with respect to our partner products or third-party products (including but not limited to performance information about hardware, operating systems, database server, internet application servers, middle ware, adapters/tools etc.) should be considered approximate and also informative without drawing any conclusion about the partner’s/third-party’s base or co-operative product. Any limitation on availability of information or when the information is available then the limitations, variations or differences in such information (including but not limited to compatibility, performance, stability, test results etc.) should not be construed as any limitations (or Comsoft’s view or opinion) of the product(s) and or platform(s) by partner’s or third-party entity.
